Confidential executive request intake

A safe intake pattern for sensitive executive requests that need limited context and clear authority.

In this guide
  1. Define the executive support outcome
  2. Match role scope to leadership cadence
  3. Use a structured selection process

Define the role

Capture the purpose, sensitivity, requester, accountable owner, deadline, and smallest useful set of facts. Avoid copying an entire sensitive thread when a concise context note will do.

Set the operating model

Mark the permitted support action and the escalation trigger. Support can route, prepare, and maintain the record, but it should pause when the request changes a commitment, recipient, policy, or substantive position.

Choose with care

Close or archive the intake under the approved rule. Review near misses for missing fields and access problems, not for a larger default distribution list.
