In this guide
  1. Define the executive support outcome
  2. Match role scope to leadership cadence
  3. Use a structured selection process

Define the role

For each recurring document, record its purpose, accountable owner, source of truth, audience, review date, and consequence of being wrong or stale. Ownership should describe responsibility, not simply file access.

Set the operating model

Support can prompt the review, check that the record is complete, and archive superseded links under the approved rule. The owner decides whether the content remains valid and what must change.

Choose with care

Use missed reviews and duplicate documents as signals. The right response may be a new owner, a narrower audience, a different cadence, or retirement of a record no longer serving leadership work.
